He answers text on his personal cellphone. That’s huge, the other firm wouldn’t respond to emails and calls for 24-48 hours and when they did respond usually didn’t address my concerns. 2. Billing- he doesn’t “fluff” bill for minor questions or per email. He’s fair. 3. He uses tools the other attorneys don’t (won’t share here to keep as secret weapon) 4.
